Arboreal

No matter the dominant species of tree, woodlands are magical places to be and offer many lessons on community, connection and rootedness. Arboreal ecosystems go through profound changes with each season which present endless opportunities for photography from grand scenics to the most intimate of details. My favourite time of year to photograph trees is in late Autumn just before the transition to Winter is about to ensue.
